3 – “Positive Mindsets”

What is ‘the good life’?  What is truly important in being happy?  In these sessions, we will start to delve into the (relatively recent) positive psychology movement. We will learn that becoming positive and optimistic is a learnable trait and then we will practise a variety of strategies to improve our happiness.

SESSION 1 – What is a positive mindset and why is it important?

SESSION 2 – What are some techniques for creating a more positive mindset? (past and future)

SESSION 3 – The language of positive thinking
