You will often see swing drum patterns written like these two examples.
But the way it sounds you will need to play triplet rolled eighths to give it a swing or bounce feel as below.
Be Aware: Most drummers playing swing for the first time will emphasise beats 1 & 3 as below. You don’t want this.
Instead be sure to emphasise beats 2 & 4 with the HiHat and also by putting a bit of an accent on these beats on the ride cymbal as well as below. This will give it a swinging feel.

A couple of quick tips:
- Take it SLOW!
- Work each measure by itself, then try to chain them together
- Focus on the ride cymbal, let it be the center of the time, not the snare and kick.
