Coming up on Tuesday 24th April and Wednesday 25th April 2012, Grade 5 students at YIS will share their PYP Exhibition with you and the YIS community.
Parents are invited to attend on Tuesday evening, 24th April 2012 as this will be presentation for parents. Please come and see the Grade 5 students in action.

As we commemorated the events of March 11, 2011, many of us are reflecting on how best to prepare for an emergency situation in Japan – but where to begin? The children practice their earthquake drill regularly at school – now it’s your turn to get prepared!
Come along to a dynamic workshop to learn practical strategies to be prepared and learn important Japanese phrases you may need in the event of an earthquake. Learn how to prepare your home, what to pack in an emergency backpack, what products to stockpile and how to communicate and reunite with your family. Find out more about the school’s response plan and how to keep informed and connected with the school during a crisis.
