Could all students go to their tutor room at 1.45pm today & then proceed to the gym. Grade 10s & 11s (& any 12s who are attending) sit in the bleachers. Grade 6 & 7s will sit in the left hand (facing the stage) rows with your tutors. Grade 8 & 9s will sit in the opposite rows, again with your tutors. (Mr. Snowball)

  • AWARD NOMINEES

Please remember that if you have been nominated for an award, you need to sit in the front rows immediately behind the Board members and PTSA members on the left hand side rows facing the stage (i.e in front of the gr. 6s & 7s). (Mr. Snowball)

  •  SPORTS AWARD WINNERS

If you were unable to collect your medal for MVP/MIP last Friday, see Mr Snowball to collect it. (Mr. Snowball)

  • Artwork

Dear Art Students,

You should collect your artwork by tomorrow (Thurs) from the HS Art room.

If you had ceramic/design work on display in the foyer, you may pick that up as well.

Grade 8s, if you were told your ceramics will be put on display, do not come to collect it.

All others may.

Gr6s, your work will be in the HS Art room.

All: If your work was displayed on a wall, it will be put back on the wall in August.

If not collected by Thursday, all other work will be recycled.

On Thursday June 21st, students must go back to homerooms by 10:54am at the latest and tutors will then accompany students across to the gym at 10:55am – MS enter the gym by the main entrance and HS by the back entrance

Students will be dismissed from the gym – some students may wish to go back to homerooms for signing of Chowas/flags etc.
