Kindergarten start to think about how we write computer programs.

We have started to think about how people write computer programs because this is a way to convey ideas and feelings.

We have started to use the class beebots. These are simple robots which children can program.

What the children discovered

  • They don’t work unless you program them.
  • They need batteries.
  • Beebot look like Michael Jackson moon walking.

The challenge

  • Can you make the beebot moon walk like Michael Jackson and dance in a circle?
  • If you want to show this to Kingfisher class how will you do this?

    I love catching up on what your class is doing! This latest with beebot looks fascinating. Good luck with determining how to make beebot move in a circle! Wish I could get in on figuring it out too. =D
