During a joint discussion with Eliza Kumamoto and our class we discussed who is in control. Is your feeling in control of you, or, are you in control of the feeling. The children discussed where a feeling starts in their body and where it moves to. We asked the children how they control the feeling. Several children said they breath deeply, cry, drink water, take a rest and move. Eliza took the children through a series of relaxation exercises.
