Grade 1R

What a wonderful start to the new school year. Welcome back returning students. We extend a warm welcome to our 5 new classmates and their families: Teodora, Vidip, Luca, Maia and Billy.  We are happy that you have joined our class.

We had lots of fun getting to know each other and learning more about one another through songs and games.  Particularily popular was the song “Itsy Bitsy Monkey”.  How does it go? With partners we went on a classroom hunt, documenting the things we could find.   What did we see?   On Friday we celebrated our first birthday of the year.  Happy Birthday Billy.
