Now you will have a dialogue in Japanese (similar to the one you have practiced) for summative task.
Please make sure to use vocabulary and verbs you have learned from “EXPEDITION”

Greet your friend to start the conversation.
Ask questions about the EXPEDITION.
Questions should include
where she/he went for EXPEDITION,
how the trip was
Ask about the equipment she/he used,
any difficulties, challenges.
Please ask meaningful questions using appropriate verbs, adjectives and some expressions such as ”わーすごい!” ”わー、きれい!” ”たいへんですね”
Pay attention to particles, sentence structures, pronunciation and intonation.

Learn verbs used in the presentations

あるきました→ あるきます あるきません to walk
7キロkilometersあるきました。We walked seven kilometers
しんえつトレイルtrailをあるきました。We walked on the shinestu trail
えきstationまでtoあるきました。I walked to the station.

たてました→ たてます、たてません to build (something you can go inside of)
テントをたてました。We/I built the tent.
(if it’s small you say つくりました more to make)

しました→ オードリ します しません we did (use with nouns) 
ハイキングをしました。We hiked
ダイビングをしました。We dove
カヤッキングkayakingをしました。We kayaked

ダイビングのじゅんびpreparationをしました。We prepared the equipment for diving
イクイップメントをよういpreparationしました。We prepared the equipment

もぐりました→ もぐります, もぐりません to dive    
うみにもぐりました. We dove in the ocean
7メートルmetersもぐりました。We dove to seven meters.
もぐらmoleはじめんにもぐりました。

かかりました→ かかります、かかりません。 takes time  
キャンプじょうまで、3じかん、かかりました。We/I took 3 hours to get to the camp.

We finished up to here on Monday. 月よう日、ここまでおわりました

みました→ みます みません to see  
さかなをみました。we saw fish
ちず(map)をみました。we looked at the map

つかいました→ つかいます, つかいません to use/prepare (for an activity)
タンクをつかいました。we used tanks
イクイップメントをつかいました。We prepared the equipment

つけました→ つけます , つけません put on/ attached (for both clothing and objects)
フィンとゴーグルをつけました。I put on the fins and goggle.

きました→ きます きません to come/ wear ( to come きます にほんにきます。) 
ウェットスーツをきました。I wore a wetsuit
 
つきました→ つきます, つきません arrive   
キャンプじょう(ground)につきました。We arrived at the camp ground
ダイビングスポット(spot)につきました。We went to the diving spot

G10 Day 7- 10 Wed. Nov.2-8

You choose 3-5 photos from your EXPEDITION and talk about them in Japanese.
If the picture has a lot of information, you do not have to chose so many.
For the presentation, please show the photos using the projector, and explain each photo in Japanese. Presentation will be 3-5 min.long.

Ask Ms Unno for any words you do not know and you need to use for your presentation.
Use as much expressions you have learned so far as possible.
You are encouraged to include:
Dates/Time
Weather
Equipment ( diving/camping )
Food
How things were (adjectives past tense)
How long
Colors
