Kindergarten and Grade 1 experimenting with visual language

Filed under: elementary art —— welkr @ 2:00 PM

Kindergarten and Grade 1 have been experimenting with circular shapes in art – investigating the building blocks of visual language. Different examples of circles were looked at before students made their own experiemntal versions using a variety of materials such as pencil, marker, oil pastels and paint. Please enjoy!

We think you are good artists! We like your pictures. We draw circles in our drawing journals. We are in Washington, DC. We would love to see more of your art.
